Account Questions
After registration, how do I edit my account details?

Editing your account details is very easy. You just need to login and then click on Edit Account and you should be able to update your preferences there.


Can I update my payment processor information?

If you have entered information while registering for an account, then you cannot modify or change the current values in your account profile. You will need to contact us to modify your payment processor details. However, if you did not enter any payment processor information while registering, you can enter your payment information in your Edit Account page yourself.


Can I update my e-mail address?

Your e-mail address can only be updated or edited after seeking the assistance of our support representatives. This is for your security.


I wish to delete my account, how can I do it?

As much as it makes us sad to hear about this, we will be able to delete your account upon request. Request verification will vary depending on your account status with us. If you have no active deposit, then a delete request will be quickly processed, but if you have active transactions in our system, we will need to do manual verification methods in order for us to complete your deletion request.


Is it possible for us to make multiple accounts?

We understand the need for registering multiple accounts, if and only if you wish to separate each transaction from your current ones. However, strict rules may apply depending on your purpose. Can I refer my friends?

What payment methods or forms do you accept?

I made a deposit but have not made a profit?

We understand that you want to make money as soon as possible, but please take a look at our plans and see which one you have invested in. All of our plans will pay you upon the maturity of expiration of the deposit. This means that the duration of the plan will need to complete in order for you to receive your returns on your account.


Can I make a deposit from my account balance?

I made a deposit but it wasn't added, what should I do?

Is Bitcoin added automatically after sending?

Bitcoin deposits will need to receive a few confirmations from the Bitcoin network in order for them to be verified and for our system to automatically activate them in your account.

If your downline makes a deposit via Payeer, then your credits for this commission will be in Payeer currency, which means, you can only withdraw that commission to your Payeer account.
